This role focuses on exceptional guest satisfaction, food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork while ensuring operational efficiency in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.Company Perks: Competitive pay rate with a raise after 90 days, Daily Pay access, discounted gas, free drinks & food discounts, 401K, referral bonuses, & so much more!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Greet all guests warmly with a positive, enthusiastic, and welcoming attitudeTake, prepare, and serve customer orders accurately within company-mandated service timesSuggestively upsell menu items and promotions as directed by managementHandle cash transactions and deliver completed orders to guestsAddress guest concerns promptly and notify the Manager in Charge as neededReport order errors, over-rings, deletions, or equipment issues immediatelyPrepare and cook food products according to Church's quality, safety, and holding time standardsSet up batter station, prepare batter mix, and organize required smallwaresMonitor food rotation, product display, and holding times to ensure freshness and qualityOperate, filter, clean, and maintain fryers while following all safety proceduresStock service areas with supplies such as cups, lids, napkins, and beveragesMaintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and display cases at all timesPerform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.Good customer service and communication skills.Ability to learn and follow company procedures.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Education and Experience:An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.Working environment and physical requirements:Must be 16 years or older to applyMust be able to stand during the entire work shift.Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%At-Will Employment: This position is at-will, which means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.EEO Statement: Refuel is an equal opportunity employment employer to all applicants and team members.
