• You confidently conduct in-home consultations and close sales
• You follow up on every lead and open quote consistently
• You build strong referral relationships with builders, designers, realtors, and other connectors
• You generate repeat business and referrals naturally
• You become highly knowledgeable in products, design solutions, and sales strategy
• Customers rave about working with you
• Your pipeline keeps growing because your reputation keeps growing

 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting professional in-home design consultations
• Helping customers select products that fit style, function, and budget
• Measuring and documenting projects accurately
• Following up consistently until opportunities close
• Building referral and networking relationships
• Asking for reviews and referrals
• Continuing to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and communication
• Delivering a “WOW” customer experience from consultation through installation
