Hospice RN Case Manager - Flexible Schedule & Growth

6AM City, LLC is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to create and manage patient care plans in Colorado. You will coordinate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care, document patient interactions, and administer medications as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in the healthcare field, particularly in hospice care.
