Certified Independent Contractor Roles: Senior · Lead · Analyst

Compensation:
$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approval scope)

We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets, integrating deal flow, transaction analytics, investor relations, training, and career placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to provide immediate earning potential, real deal exposure, and verified credibility for finance professionals. Once verified, Transaction Analysis Associates begin contributing to live deals and transactions , not simulations or hypothetical exercises.

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Transaction Analysis Associates .

This is not a traditional employment role . Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a certification and verification process .

Once approved, Transaction Analysis Associates:

• Access real deal flow and paid transaction analytics projects

• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions

• Provide detailed transaction analysis, modeling, and due diligence support

• Build a verified transaction track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:

• Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst

• Rating Score: 90–100

• Pay: $150–$200/hour

• Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction execution or modeling experience

• Rating Score: 80–89

• Pay: $100–$150/hour

• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of deal-level modeling, underwriting, or diligence experience

• Rating Score: 60–79

• Pay: $50–$100/hour

• Typical Background: Entry- to mid-level analysts with strong technical and financial modeling skills

Depending on certification approvals, Transaction Analysis Associates may be engaged for:

• Three-statement financial models

• DCF, LBO, and operating company valuation models

• Commercial real estate underwriting

• Sensitivity, scenario, and risk analysis

• Comparable company and precedent transaction benchmarks

• “Football field” valuation summaries

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence

• Risk assessment and mitigation support

• Investment memo preparation

• Support for investor and internal transaction review processes

Analysts only perform work in approved categories , and approvals are earned through assessment and performance rather than tenure.

1. Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved Initio Sphere training

2. Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

3. Get verified on the platform

4. Begin earning immediately through hourly transaction projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors, fund managers, and operators seeking transaction support.

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines:

• Visibility on the platform

• Approved work categories

• Recommended hourly rates

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

Transaction Analysis Associates do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to transaction analysis, modeling, and diligence support and must comply with applicable securities laws.
