Reckitt is looking for a skilled business analyst to join its Walmart team. This role is based in Bentonville, AR and has a hybrid work structure (+3 days/week in office to be decided upon with your manager) in a new, state-of-the-art office building.

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. 

The Business Analyst supports Reckitt's Walmart business by analyzing sales performance, promotions, assortment, pricing, and shopper trends to generate actionable insights. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Category, and Trade teams, this role helps drive growth, optimize execution, and support strategic decision-making across Walmart's in-store and online channels.

About the role

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. 

We have around 10,000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and report sales, promotion, pricing, assortment, and placement performance across Walmart channels.

• Deliver actionable insights, maintain weekly business reporting, support forecasting and item setup, monitor digital content accuracy, identify deductions, manage data provider attribution, and support line reviews, category insights, and ad hoc business needs.

• Support sales in delivering and presenting insights to support line reviews and meetings, justifying business decisions. Key data types may include sales performance, market trends, consumer insights, inventory levels, and competitive analysis.

• Provide Ad Hoc assistance for KAM or team members whenever needed. May be required to utilize platforms like Scintilla Shopper Behavior, Scintilla Report Builder, Nielsen, Numerator, and PowerBI.

• Monitor Walmart.com content quality to ensure product accuracy, visibility, and error-free listings through Supplier One.

The experience we're looking for

• You're proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated analytical experience within consumer goods, retail, or a related industry, typically gained through at least 1 year in a relevant role.

• Demonstrated ability in both financial and commercial analysis.

• Experience with syndicated and shopper analytics tools (NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, Scintilla, and POS data) preferred

• Exceptional at interpreting data, market trends, and translating them into actionable sales directives.

• Confident in your communication skills, able to convey complex information succinctly.

• Collaborative in nature, with a track record of working effectively within diverse teams.

• Highly skilled in account management, with a savvy for ecommerce and field sales.

• Achieved a balance between strategic planning and impeccable execution.
