Receptionist

Full-Time ReceptionistGreeting patients and visitors to the center. Document patient arrival in charting system. Complete pre-financial calls to patients prior to appointment. Provides support to business office team as needed. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as mail handling/processing, answering phone and routing incoming calls, and other similar duties, using a computer and phone system.This position will have a set shift of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm. Closed on weekends and all major holidays.High School Diploma required.
