What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and compassion Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and workers' compensation information Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other patient payments Support patient flow and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EMR system Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous medical reception, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient confidentiality Ready to Take the Next Step?
