This position is based in Sewell, NJ and oversees our group home. Salary: $58,000 – $68,000 What Devereux Looks for in our Program Managers Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care Ensures the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community Manages all staff within their assigned program(s), including hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy, and training compliance of each team member Ensures all shifts are adequately covered Supervises the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals Plans and participates in group outings for our individuals Manages shopping for the home’s necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items Schedules and transports our individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools Qualifications Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s in a related field preferred Have a valid non‑provisional driver’s license Be able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals Devereux is a drug‑free workplace, drug screening required.
