Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide direct patient care in an on-site clinical setting located in Casselberry, FL under a contract arrangement. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient examinations, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves managing chronic and acute conditions, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed. The physician will maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensure compliance with regulatory and clinic policies, and participate in care coordination with other healthcare professionals. The Medical Doctor is expected to provide clear patient education, support preventive care initiatives, and contribute to a safe, respectful clinical environment. Qualifications Current MD or DO degree from an accredited institution and completion of an approved residency program. Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain), with current DEA registration. Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related primary care specialty. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
