We are solving tough problems through innovation and proven methodology – come be part of the solution with us.We thank all those interested in joining the Clean Harbors team; however only those that complete the online application and meet the minimum job qualifications will be considered for this role.Clean Harbors is a Military & Veteran friendly company.#CH#LI-NM2Key ResponsibilitiesMust be able to communication effectively with all stakeholders and influence others beyond direct sphere of control Oversee the function of all building systems such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, landscaping/snow removal, building security, and janitorial.Regular Inspections (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) of the mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire systems, roof systems, and critical infrastructure to ensure all systems are running at an efficient standardsPrepare annual budgets for building expenses.Obtain bids, negotiate pricing and selects contractors for multiple projects at multiple sites Monitor/track project performance to specifications Write purchase orders for services and maintenance and approves payments Manage contractors and vendors servicing Maintain building cleanliness and aesthetics Support preparation of annual budgets (Operational and Capital) with local managers Working closely with the Senior Property Manager to monitor sites for potential problems and works to mitigate any risksUnderstands the functioning of all building systems such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, building security, and janitorialCommunicate appropriately with Local Operations Managers and Director of Property Management, through written and verbal communication Keeps appropriate people informed of site by site project progress, complete weekly Status Reports, participates in weekly Property meetingsMaintains a positive, professional demeanorAssist where applicable in acquisitions, decommissions, corporate initiatives, strategic projects and branch consolidationsFull timePosting Date: 2026-10-05
