Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection, maintain logs, and follow all DOT regulations. Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery and pickup windows and optimize route efficiency. Demonstrate professionalism, maintain clean equipment, and ensure cargo is secured according to policy. Qualifications One-year verifiable tractor trailer experience with a Class A CDL Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on practical miles. The top 50% of drivers average more than $101,176 annually, with typical weekly earnings around $1,945. Starting pay ranges from $0.66 to $0.69 per mile.
