Job Title: Final Inspector – Aerospace Manufacturing (2nd Shift)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $20-23.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Perform final inspections on aerospace parts and assemblies before transfer or shipment
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specs, and strict quality standards
- Use precision tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators
- Conduct inspections using CMM and Micro-View systems
- Identify and document defects; generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)when needed
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues quickly
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
What You Bring
- Experience in final inspection within manufacturing or aerospace preferred
- Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment
- Familiarity with CMM and Micro-View is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail —you catch what others miss
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Solid math, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
