TSA, a Ryerson family company, has an exciting opportunity for a Bi- lingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor . In this role, you will oversee plant operations, including production equipment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Roles and Responsibilities Understand production goals and implement necessary actions to meet objectives. Participate in Performance Management Process (PMP). Support company policies, goals, and objectives. Understand quality goals and ensure actions meet ISO 9000 standards. Review plant supply inventory and advise purchasing when levels are low. Ensure effective training and oversee completion of training checklists. Communicate with other departments and locations. Understand customer requirements and advise on material and processing suitability. Provide direction and coaching on safe work practices; support safety goals. Review unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken. Perform other duties as assigned, with responsibilities subject to change. Requirements College education preferred. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel. SAP experience preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
