Accounting Clerk We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a collaborative healthcare team. What You'll Do Process deposits and maintain accurate supporting documentation Track departmental activity using Excel and Google Sheets Manage incoming mail and distribute documents to the appropriate teams Prepare and organize documentation to support accounting and posting activities Scan, file, and maintain electronic records and supporting documents Provide data entry, records management, and general administrative support Maintain organized files to support reporting, compliance, and audit readiness Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in an administrative/ office role Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience using Google Sheets and electronic document management systems Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
