What You'll Do as a Pledge Processing Specialist

• Research and accurately post daily cash receipt information to donor and corporate accounts• Process billing statements according to defined schedules• Generate donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts • Prepare and import electronic files into campaign software aligned with business rules • Maintain documentation related to account posting policies and procedures • Support donor choice and agency vetting activities • Produce accurate agency payout reconciliations • Enter pledge forms with precision into the donor database system • Provide customer service via phone and email to United Way partners

• Active-duty U.S. military member within180 daysof separation • Detail-oriented and process-driven • Comfortable working with financial or data systems • Strong communicator with a customer-service mindset • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Committed to confidentiality and integrity • Passionate about serving communities
