Schedule Model

Monday Friday 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch No routine weekend coverage required

Clinical Scope

General anesthesia coverage across multiple specialties Adult and pediatric patients (healthy peds) Broad procedural and surgical exposure

Case Mix Includes

Orthopedics GI / Endoscopy Vascular GYN Neuro Orthopedic trauma Acute trauma ENT Robotics General surgery cases

Clinical Responsibilities

Deliver anesthesia care in a team-based model Pre-op and post-op patient management Intraoperative anesthesia monitoring Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff Maintain timely documentation and patient safety standards

Qualifications

Board Certified CRNA Active Michigan license or active compact license Full-time availability (minimum 3 full weeks per month) Comfortable with pediatric cases Clean malpractice and background history NPDB Self-Query required
