Position Title: Mobile Data Analyst

Mobile Data Analyst
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA-F2F REQUIRED
Scope:
- Working within Operations. Need to be familiar with mobile apps (Xfinity TV go, EA games App)and how they operate (iOs)
- Software Engineering Background and Ops Analysis Background- not specific to one or the other
- Not Technical but needs to understand engineering environment since they will interface with mobile apps team
- 8 years total experience
- Previous Telecommunication, TWC, Cox experience is helpful
- Scrum, Agile Dev, Solutions Architecture understanding is preferred
- Metrics Driven- Splunk and Tableau is big nice to have or other similar tools
- Understand DevOps environment.
- Day to Day- engaging and leading discussions with development and support teams regarding Ops issues from Xfin mobile apps. Customer Experience improvement initiative. Gathering requirements for metrics and build and maintain. Good communication both written and Power Point. Develop or Maintain Technical Documentation.
Type of Assignment: Contract through 2016
