We are a small, friendly law firm seeking a bilingual Associate Attorney with at least one year experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, or, Business Law

We are looking for a self-motivated attorney committed to providing effective, compassionate, and client-focused legal representation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Attorney, handle a broad range of legal matters, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle client matters under the managing attorney's supervision

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and government agencies

• Maintain accurate case files and case management records

• Conduct negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings

• Ensure timely completion of assignments and compliance with applicable deadlines

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state

• Minimum of one year of experience in personal injury, immigration, business law, or a related practice area

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court systems, and case management practices

• Excellent legal research, analytical, and organizational skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Fluency in Chinese or Korean preferred but not required

• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements: at least one year of legal practice experience in the US; active attorney license in good standing, and ability to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona, before the start date
