Job Description
House Of Oliver in Roseville, CA is looking for a Kitchen Manager. We are located at 3992 Douglas Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Due to the small kitchen size, no BOH job is out of the question. Good communication skills are a must. Great opportunity to learn about or advance your skills in kitchen management (including ordering, events coordination, food costing, scheduling, etc.). Management experience preferred, but will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Open/Setup Kitchen
- Line Cooking
- Daily Ordering & Prep List
- Employee Management (including quality control and time management)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Execution of small weekly events
- Create Specials with and without the aid of the Head Chef
- Work with the Head Chef on large events coordination and execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years BOH experience
- Valid Food Handler's Card
