Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for management and oversight for varied phases of the construction project. Responsibilities Ensure that the project is administered at the highest level of compliance with company policies and procedures Solicit vendors for pricing; recommend contract awards Assemble and prepare complete and well though-out estimates; perform quantity takeoffs and vid evaluations Prepare accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Chase and review subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents Accurately forecast and track costs in cost reporting system; instruct and oversee monthly pay application process Qualifications Degree in engineering or construction management from an accredited college or university Minimum 3-5 years experience in the commercial construction industry Strong planning organizational skills Good presentation skills; ability to persuade others; good negotiation skills Benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Reed Construction
