Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The PTA will assist in the delivery of physical therapy services to patients, working closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans and progress patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by physical therapists.
• Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding patient care and treatment outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and communicate effectively with patients.
