Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time) Work schedules may vary based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, or additional hours as required

Purpose of Position

As a Sr Executive Assistant at West Shore Home, you will manage the daily operations, communications, and strategic support of the CFO. You will serve as a trusted liaison, handles sensitive information with discretion, and represents the CFO professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned executive, managing all communications, including drafting and proofreading emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize the assigned executive's calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• 4+ years of executive-level support, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion; Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
