This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a close-knit facility with a manageable patient volume and the autonomy to support patients of all ages. Opportunity Highlights Obstetrics and Gynecology locum tenens assignment Support staff includes CNMs, CRNA for anesthesia, and existing full-time OB/GYNs Shift: 24-hour off-site beeper call (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.), with options for clinic work Supportive environment with potential for solo OB coverage as needed EMR: Epic Hospital: 40-bed volume, approximately 15 patients per month Clinical duties include obstetric and gynecological procedures, including laparoscopic GYN cases Schedule Details Start date: As soon as credentialed, less than 30 days preferred Contract length: 3 months with possible extension Coverage needed: 2-4 weeks per month Day shifts available, 5x8 hours (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) Clinical Scope Management and delivery of obstetric and gynecological cases Support of all ages with a patient census of approximately 18-22 clinic patients daily Performing laparoscopic gynecological procedures On-call coverage for deliveries (1-2 per day) and emergencies Collaboration with CNMs, anesthesia team, and existing OB/GYN staff Support for weekend call duties (variable frequency based on volume) Requirements MD degree with Board Certification in OB/GYN Active Oregon medical license DEA certification Minimum of 2 years OB/GYN clinical experience Proven competency in laparoscopic GYN procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience working in small facility or solo OB environments Ability to handle full scope OB and GYN cases with independence Why Physicians Move on This Supportive team in a small hospital setting with a manageable volume Flexibility to work clinic and hospital shifts Opportunity to manage full scope OB/GYN cases independently Why Providers Choose Rhino Medical Weekly direct deposit Triple A-rated malpractice coverage Concierge recruiter communication Transparent process from presentation through placement Long-term relationship focus Apply with your updated CV to secure upcoming coverage dates.
