Mental Health Court Liaison & Case Coordinator

Oakland Community Health Network seeks a Mental Health Court Liaison to collaborate with the Behavioral Health and Wellness Court and Adult Treatment Court in Oakland County. The role screens and assesses eligibility for public mental health services for adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders, and formulates preliminary treatment plans.
