Tech Stack: NetSuite or SAP (preferred), Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) What You’ll Actually Do Process Closures: Assist with the timely completion of both month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage Accounts: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and all balance sheet accounts. Handle Assets: Oversee fixed asset accounting and manage all related records. Analyze Reports: Prepare and analyze various financial reports for the company. Ensure Compliance: Support internal and external audit activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional with foundational knowledge of accounts payable principles, general accounting standards, and industry regulations. Experience: Requires 1-2 years of accounting experience, with a preference for prior roles in accounts payable or general accounting. This position is designed for growth within an accounting career. Skills: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Possesses strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem‑solving skills, complemented by excellent organizational and time management abilities.
