Staff Carpenters work closely with Lead Carpenters to assist in remodels and new home construction projects. This role is ideal for those with some carpentry experience looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment. What We’re Looking For: Some experience in residential construction or remodeling (we’re open to training those eager to learn!). Ability to perform a range of tasks, including framing, trim work, and general labor. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
