Relationships both internally and externally help guide our clients from concept to completion. A day in the life of a Carpenter Foreman at 3G Companies: This is a position that plays an important role in our construction projects. Based on a construction project site, they assist by leading our carpenters and apprentices. They help encourage and drive our safety culture.
Purpose: The purpose of this job is to coordinate and train carpenters to deliver a high-quality project safely.
Manages and coordinates field personnel and activities including:
Project layout and planning
Crew and workforce management
Mentor and train carpenters
Assisting with crew's Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) forms
Tool and equipment onsite inventory

Attend foreman meetings
Promote, enforce, and train on safety policies
Experience in general construction carpenter work, graduate in an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
Preferred – Previous experience managing carpenters
Legal Requirements

Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Ability to pass post-offer employment testing
Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
Note - This is a field-based position and will not be an in-office role.
