You'll hold the client relationship, carry accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and profitability, and mentor the next generation of our technical team. Responsibilities

• Own delivery of multiple concurrent civil/structural projects from proposal through closeout
• Serve as the primary client contact and steward of the client relationship
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and profitability, and report performance to leadership
• Lead and mentor project engineers, E.I.T.s, and CAD designers toward licensure and advancement
• Provide QA/QC oversight and technical direction; serve as or coordinate the engineer-of-record
• Contribute to proposals, scopes, and fee structures, and support business development
• Forecast workload and coordinate resourcing across the team
