Job Overview As an HR Operations Partner, you will be at the forefront of providing essential HR support and collaboration with both employees and management across our organization. Your role is crucial in fostering relationships, understanding needs, and offering guidance on various HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Working hand-in-hand with business stakeholders, you will help in crafting HR strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring HR practices are effectively driving business success. As a trusted advisor, you will assist employees and managers in enhancing employee engagement, career development, and succession planning. You will also take an active role in addressing complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and fairness in the process. Additionally, you will have the chance to identify areas for process improvements and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing HR policies and practices. By remaining abreast of HR trends and best practices, you will leverage this knowledge to tackle issues and improve HR programs, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR support to management, focusing on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and problem-solving. Work collaboratively with leaders to address employee challenges and offer insights into HR best practices. Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training sessions and career advancement opportunities. Assist in executing HR programs and policies, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and regulations. Conduct investigations and address employee complaints and disputes fairly and effectively. Maintain precise employee records and produce HR reports as needed. Qualifications At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR partnering and employee relations. Thorough understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and industry best practices. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both leaders and employees. Able to work autonomously, take proactive measures, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. This role is eligible for total compensation, which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $136,000. The final salary offered will consider various factors, including the depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. It is typical not to hire at the top end of the range to allow for significant salary growth in the future.
