Job Summary
Nashua, New Hampshire The Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care in a high-acuity environment. The RN assesses patients upon admission, develops and implements care plans under physician oversight, and may float to Progressive Care units if needed. The role requires applying advanced clinical skills to provide exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, valid State of New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), three years of previous nursing experience, proficiency in medical terminology, and experience with Critical Care Registered Nurse (CRRT) and Balloon Pump therapies. Candidates must also be available for holiday work, every other weekend, and floating to Progressive Care (3N) as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU nursing and familiarity with cross-unit floating.
- Additional Information: Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The healthcare provider reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts within a 13-week contract.
