Physical Requirements The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. Tendrás éxito en este puesto si cuentas con al menos 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos de cocina o destacándote en un entorno de restaurante de ritmo acelerado. Una excelente actitud y una base sólida son más importantes que un currículum perfecto. Al final del día, una gran actitud y una buena base de habilidades valen mucho más que un currículum perfecto. Estamos construyendo un lugar donde las personas trabajan duro, comparten muchas risas (y uno que otro chiste malo), y tienen la oportunidad de alegrarle el día a cada invitado con comida preparada con cariño y hospitalidad genuina. REQUISITOS FÍSICOS
