Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a PCU/MedSurg float position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications with a compact or PA RN license.
Details
- Float position covering both PCU and MedSurg departments
- Night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No block scheduling available
- No on-call requirements
- Each floor has 25 beds
- PCU patient ratio is 5:1 and MedSurg ratio is 7:1
- Uses Meditech EMR system
- Requires working every other weekend and holiday
Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact or PA) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Additional Information
- Care for patients across both PCU and MedSurg units as needed
- Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis
