Quality Control Inspector - 2nd Shift

We’re seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a 2nd Shift role to work at a premier medical device manufacturing organization in Chelmsford, MA. Pay Rate: $20.35/hour 2nd Shift: 3PM to 11PM Job Description: Verifying procured materials, sub-assemblies, finished products, and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards. Performing visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing for product conformance. Utilizing inspection tools such as Vision Systems, Verniers, Micrometers, Rulers, Oscilloscopes, DVMs, Power Supplies, Defib/Pacer Analyzers, and custom fixtures. Documenting inspection and test results according to established procedures. Maintaining quality documentation files, including Device History Records (DHR) and Inspection History Records. Processing returned material in accordance with company procedures. Reading and interpreting documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), schematics, technical drawings, PDAs, and ECOs. Requirements: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Possess 1-3 years of experience in a related quality control or inspection role (required). Are able to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings. Are familiar with the use of mechanical and electronic test equipment. Have basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office; Oracle and MES experience preferred. Can lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. IPC-A-610D certification for Incoming Inspection is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
