Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill a position in General Pediatrics. This role requires flexibility, as the candidate may float to various Pediatric units, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Oncology for low acuity patients, as well as Pediatric Surgical spaces in the Emergency Department (ED) or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in a variety of unit settings.
• Float to other Pediatric units as required based on patient needs and unit demand.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain communication with family members regarding patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute hospital experience in Pediatrics.
• Experience floating between different units is required for consideration.
• Previous travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
