Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation//Talent Management Functional Consultant Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Remote Opportunity with a Leading MNC Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation or Talent Management Functional Consultant to join a leading global organization. In this role, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, collaborate with global clients, and deliver end-to-end HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation or Talent Management implementations integrated with Core HR . Conduct requirement gathering workshops and drive solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes. Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide regular project status updates. Drive continuous process improvements, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence. Be willing to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations , Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation or Talent Management and Core HR . Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience leading teams, mentoring consultants, and managing project deliverables. Ability to work effectively with global clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Why Join?
