Specialty Backup: Established referral network from primary care providers

Support Staff: Strong clinical support team and established audiology program

Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multi-specialty medical group

Board Requirements: BC/BE in Otolaryngology

DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)

Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings, perform ENT surgical procedures, collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams, maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults, maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
