Safety Specialist | Fairless Hills, PA

HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fairless Hills, PA to support our growing commercial construction projects. Oversee daily site safety activities and promote a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site‑specific safety requirements Conduct safety audits, inspections, orientations, and toolbox talks Support subcontractor oversight and safe work practices in the field Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow‑up Monitor high‑risk activities, including electrical work and other data center construction hazards Qualifications OSHA 510 required , NFPA 70e highly preferred 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred Data center and/or electrical construction experience strongly preferred Experience working on large commercial or mission‑critical construction projects Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards Ability to work in a fast‑paced, union jobsite environment Excellent verbal and written skills Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability Overtime expected, including 9‑hour days, most Saturdays, and occasional Sundays Travel | Relocation Local Only - No travel, per diem or relocation is offered for this opportunity Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr HazTek Inc
