Learning Solutions Manager

Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Learning Solutions Manager. Summary: The client is looking for an experienced learning and development professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital learning solutions. This role combines instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement to create impactful learning experiences and manage multiple projects from concept through implementation. Responsibilities:

• Design and manage digital learning solutions and development projects
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Oversee development of eLearning, videos, simulations, job aids, and other digital learning assets
• Track learning effectiveness and support evaluation strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and learning standards
• Lead and mentor project teams while driving accountability and quality
• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior Learning and Development and instructional design experience
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing digital learning solutions and training programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools
• Experience managing or leading people
• Client-service mindset with strong initiative and professionalism

• Experience in a professional services environment
• Big 4 experience
• Experience with learning technologies and digital learning platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning evaluation methods
• Digital Content Development (eLearning, Video, Simulations)
• Team Leadership experience
