Position SummaryThe Vice President of Nursing serves as the senior nursing leader for ProHealth Physicians and is responsible for nursing strategy, professional practice, clinical quality, workforce development, and nursing operations across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this leader oversees site-based nursing operations, centralized nursing functions, workforce health and safety programs, and clinical operations while advancing an integrated nursing care model that supports high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.The Vice President of Nursing plays a critical role in connecting enterprise programs with frontline care delivery. This leader must have exceptional skills of fostering solid collaboration between centralized services and practice-based teams, ensuring that ProHealth operates as a unified, integrated care delivery organization. Required Qualifications:BSNCurrent CT Nursing licenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 5+ years of direct, hands-on Nursing experience5+ years of management experience within a healthcare environmentExperience with EPIC electronic medical record systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel, Word and OutlookDemonstrated expertise in one or more areas of clinical standards of practiceProven exceptional communication skills/professional presence with ability to lead and drive changeProven operational performance management include use of metrics to measure performancePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
