Hiring: Part Time Weekend Receptionist

• Pay: $16.90 Hourly
• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday availability needed

What You'll Do

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies.
• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or by telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure the appropriate person receives them.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt manner.

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience
• Comfortable answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers, and communicating with guests in person
• Manage multiple incoming requests while maintaining accurate records and completing assigned tasks
• Complete assigned tasks independently and coordinate with coworkers and other departments

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $16.90.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
