California Employment Litigation Attorney - Wage & Hour/FEHA

Recruiting for multiple California plaintiff side employment attorney jobs: 1. Class action wage and hour attorney (175k-300K base salary range with 2 forms of profit sharing on top) Two hires needed for this boutique firm. For the class action, looking for someone who has certified cases, taken depositions, did discovery, settlement, negotiation, mediation, etc. only 25-35 cases to tackle. No prelitigation and most cases settle but they’re not afraid to take something to trial. Sliding scale of 5-10 percent on every case lawyer works on plus additional profit sharing on what firm earns at the end of the year, 100% paid health insurance, plus 100% paid gym membership at Equinox, and 401K with company contribution possible. Can work fully remote or come into office, flexible. 3 weeks of vacation. As long as get work done, that matters most--can work flexible. Small case load, which offers great work life balance, but high value cases, very selective. 2. Single plaintiff FEHA attorney. (150K-200K base salary range with 2 forms of profit sharing on top) same firm as above. While the firm mainly focus on wage and hour class actions, they are looking to expand also to single plaintiff FEHA as well. Just 20-30 cases single- drafting complaints, discovery, scheduling depositions. 3. Senior Counsel-Level Supervisory Attorney (up to 250K base salary plus 3-5% profit-share with potential to earn an additional 100K to half a million in profit-sharing). I've done around 6 hires with this law firm! Supervise two associates; each associate handles around 50 cases, meaning the supervisor oversees about 100 cases. 2 paralegals will support the attorneys. 4. Senior Class Action Attorney (100K–200K + up to 15% profit-share with potential to generate up to 7 figures in profit sharing). Attorneys have even generated over seven figures in profit sharing in a single year, according to founder. (Yes, a million dollars.) all the attorneys accept for one, I'm told, have been with the firm for at least 10 years. 5. Class Action Practice Lead (100K–250K + bonus, profit sharing potential to be determined). Ever wanted to build an empire without the startup risk? A killer boutique is bringing its class action practice in-house and needs Hire #1. Direct partner collaboration, total autonomy, and a clear path to partnership. 6. Intake Attorney / Non-Litigation (120K–190K base salary range). Love employment law, but hate the litigation grind. Evaluate 3–6 prospective cases a day and go home on time. 7. Single-Plaintiff FEHA Specialist (100K–150K + bonus to generate potentially up to 200K total comp). For those who prefer taking down bad actors one individual case at a time. 8. Junior Class Action Attorney (~120K base + profit sharing of a couple percent on cases the attorney largely handles, and the firm has large average settlement sizes to potential to make a lot more) 9.
