Paralegal

Pay: $22-30/HR+ Depending on Experience Our client, a Metro-West based law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys with the post-signing administration of estate planning matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. Responsibilities Manage post-signing estate planning matters and complete all follow-up tasks. Coordinate real estate document recordings, insurance confirmations, and taxpayer identification requirements. Prepare client correspondence, estate plan binders, and electronic document packages. Assist with trust funding by preparing funding letters and coordinating with financial institutions. Maintain organized electronic and physical client files. Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure files are complete and matters progress efficiently. Qualifications Experience in a law firm or professional services environment; estate planning, trust administration, or probate experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Legal Files or similar document management software is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
