Energetic, sharp, and goal-driven Passionate about the latest in vehicle tech & features Obsessed with creating an amazing Guest experience — in person and online Ready to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicators — whether face-to-face, over the phone, via email, or on social media What You’ll Be Doing: Managing & engaging with leads via CRM, chat, text, phone, and social media Matching Guests with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs Shooting quick video walkarounds and sending to interested buyers Preparing and presenting vehicles for test drives Guiding Guests through the full sales journey — from first touch to delivery Staying up to speed on vehicle knowledge, competitive models, and handling objections with confidence Building long‑term Guest relationships and developing a personal book of repeat business Assisting with vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow‑up communications What You’ll Need: Prior retail or automotive sales experience (preferred) A passion for people, performance, and personal development Comfort using technology: CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media, and messaging platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!
