Department 3rd Shift Opening Only: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm to

responsible for the direction, supervision, and accountability of

Manufacturing and Packaging Department activities including personnel,

facilities, equipment, budgets, capital expenditures, safety,

scheduling, capacity utilization, training, operating procedures,

process and cleaning validations, compliance with state and federal

Requirements (FDA, OSHA, DEA, State Agencies, Etc.). ESSENTIAL DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be

assigned. Makes logical, well-informed, and thought-out decisions that

support organizational objectives. Has the ability to make decisive,

effective decisions even when data and details are limited. Oversees a

comprehensive training program and ensures proper execution of Standard

Operator Procedures (SOPs) Supports team members in identifying and

solving problems and guides them toward self-direction in daily work
