Clinic Practice Nurse: Patient Care & Care Coordination

Gila Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Practice Nurse to ensure timely, high-quality care for patients in the Practice(s). The role involves nursing policy implementation, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and mid-level providers in a fast-paced clinic setting. Responsibilities include patient history intake, assessment, documentation in the EMR, triage, education, and care coordination.
