SERVPRO Team Harvey is growing, and we're looking for a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects, support our field teams, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish while leading and supporting Restoration Technicians in the field. Responsibilities include:

• Leading restoration crews on water, fire, mold, and specialty cleaning projects
• Coordinating daily job activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards
• Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining clear communication with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and clients
• Training, coaching, and developing Restoration Technicians
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring work is completed accurately
• Documenting project progress, equipment usage, and services performed
• Maintaining job files and project documentation
• Managing labor, equipment, and material usage on assigned projects
• Identifying and addressing safety concerns on jobsites
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, IICRC standards, and safety procedures
• Assisting with vehicle, equipment, facility, and warehouse maintenance as needed
• Communicating project updates and challenges to management and office staff

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, mitigation, or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)
• Experience with water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, or reconstruction services
• Experience working with insurance claims and restoration documentation

Physical Requirements:

• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds independently
• Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Working in attics, crawlspaces, and active construction environments
• Exposure to varying temperatures, odors, dust, and environmental conditions
• Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available
• Participation in after-hours, emergency, weekend, and on-call response as needed
