Procurement Analyst

Title Procurement Analyst Industry Entertainment Location Santa Monica, CA Duration 1 month Responsibilities Manage hardware procurement, inventory, and asset management processes. Forecast hardware requirements and manage stock replenishment. Track hardware orders, shipments, and order fulfillment. Process purchasing documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and quotations. Collaborate with Finance on reporting and procurement-related activities. Requirements Experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or hardware asset management. Strong understanding of IT hardware and asset lifecycle management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; advanced Excel skills preferred. Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
