Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk to work for a manufacturing facility.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 40 per week.

Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Efficiency in procurement.
• Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing while adhering to quality, budget and compliance standards.
• Identify potential suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Analyze costs, identify cost savings opportunities, and ensuring procurement stays within budget.
• Ensure goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
• Tracking inventory levels, coordinating deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to negotiate.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency software and systems, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain management.
