Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, understanding their history, strengths, and challenges.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support emotional healing and personal development.

• Provide group and individual therapy using modalities appropriate for each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals in a supportive manner to ensure all aspects of client care are addressed and enhanced.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and continuing education opportunities to remain current with industry trends and best practices.

• Contribute to continuous service enhancements by participating in team meetings and program development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be grappling with various mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve building rapport and establishing trust in order to facilitate effective treatment and foster lasting change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state license/certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice individually.
\n
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience delivering mental health services to clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual base pay between $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
