Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Kannapolis, NC. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and cultivate leads, meet with buyers and sellers, and guide clients through listing, marketing, and purchasing residential properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing comparative market analyses, drafting and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions. The agent will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently with clients, and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and local networking events. The role also involves staying informed about local market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide reliable, compliant guidance to clients. Qualifications Strong client service, relationship-building, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse buyers, sellers, and partners. Sales, negotiation, and lead generation abilities to manage pipelines and close transactions in a competitive market. Organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills for handling multiple listings, contracts, and deadlines. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, email, digital document tools, and online listing platforms. Valid North Carolina real estate license (or eligibility to obtain), with knowledge of state and local real estate regulations. Ability to work on-site in Kannapolis, NC, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet client schedules. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset and willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching.
